OUR APPROACH

Here at Patton Engineering, health and safety is the number one priority in everything we do.

Our primary objective at all times is to ensure the wellbeing of our staff, our clients, and our contractors at all levels and in all aspects of our business - not only within our fabrication and surface treatment facilities but also on-site.

From the top down, Patton Group are passionate about health and safety and are engaged in worker wellbeing, starting with the health and safety induction and handbook for new staff, through to comprehensive training, processes and policies.
